2013 Home Run Derby: Chris Davis

After such a positive reaction to my live-tweeting of last year's Derby bombs in Altuves, I'll be doing the same this year. To prepare, I thought I'd do a little analysis of the 8 beasts competing this season. Let's take a look at Crash Chris Davis.

Davis just tied the AL record with 37 home runs before the All-Star break, totaling an amazing 2759 Altuves! While he hasn't quite matched Wright and Fielder for the longest shot, he's been very consistent, averaging about 74.6 Altuves per home run for 2013, including this 81 Altuve homer in May against Jeremie Guthrie (for some reason I can't embed this one).

  1. You really make it seem really easy together with your presentation but I find this matter to be actually one thing that I think I might by no means understand. It seems too complicated and very vast for me. I’m looking ahead to your next put up, I will attempt to get the dangle of it!friv2020 || kizi ||abcya4 free games
